UK Visitor. Felt very safe, easy parking for motorcycle at rear. Quiet and clam. Easy walk to Beale St, Peabody, etc. 15min drive to Graceland. Handy bar attached (Greyhound). Would stay again.

First off the staff! Dawn... the BEST customer service I could ask for. She knew who we were when my husband and I arrived at the hotel. The interactions I had with her from the first conversation to the last was pleasant. She was very informative and knows her job very well. She answered any questions I had. She deserves a raise and a promotion! We're from Chicago, I've been in Customer Service and Social Services for about 25 years and to get that type of customer service in return from her felt great! She kicked it off.. then Tiffany was busy, multitasking and just knew from literally the look on my face, she knew where I needed to go just from me walking in.. perfection. Stephanie was also amazing when we checked out giving see ya'll next time vibes! The Front Desk is the bomb.com. I can't forget the woman who helped us during breakfast.. even though some people may think its small BUT she told us to try the grapes. I don't know what they did to those grapes but they were SO GOOD! I don't know her name but she was also so very sweet. The bar staff was so nice, the drinks were made perfect, the vibes, the crowd, the DJ, relaxed, literally felt like I was at home.. just great! The staff overall was top tier and greatly appreciated! We will be back! Thank ya'll for giving me my 1st great experience in Memphis.

The employees was very nice, from the desk clerks, the bar tenders, the cooks, they spent time with us, while we had questions about different places to get food and different entertainment that goes on , my grandkids also enjoyed it, cause there was a pool available. I will visit again. It was also great that we was able to just sit in the lobby area with my family and socialize, thank your staff for being very professional and inviting to us.

I was impressed with this hotel as it was clean, tidy and respectable. The staff were friendly and most helpful. I very comfortable there and respected. I also felt that my custom was valued. The shop there was useful.

The breakfast selection was wonderful. Hot food from eggs, bacon, sausage,oatmeal, grits, waffles and pancakes. Cold foods from cereal, milk, yogurt, fresh fruits, and fruit bowls. Beverages from coffee, tea, orange juice

location was great -walking distance to see things made it easy any needs we needed(towels/toilet paper) it was taken care of promptly very clean staff friendly

Upon arrival, issue with our reservation through Booking.com; however, female mgr with cute braids (Dawn, I think) stepped in and assured me, she will get matter fixed which she did. Room was clean, very nice and comfy! Hotel staff was awesome!!
